26 Years of Latino Public Broadcasting

This year, LPB’s signature PBS series VOCES took viewers on an amazing journey, from the ancient civilizations of the Americas with John Leguizamo in AMERICAN HISTORIA: THE UNTOLD HISTORY OF LATINOS, to the streets of the South Bronx with MAMBO LEGENDS: THE MUSIC NEVER ENDS. We told the inspiring story of Luis Cortes Romero, the first DACA recipient to argue a case before the U.S. Supreme Court in FROM HERE, FROM THERE, and offered a moving portrait of a great Dominican-American writer and poet in JULIA ALVAREZ: A LIFE REIMAGINED.

We’ve got so many more stories to tell but we need your support, now more than ever.

We hope you’ll help us to continue bringing stories like these to PBS by making a contribution to Latino Public Broadcasting today.

With gratitude,

Sandie Viquez Pedlow
Executive Director, Latino Public Broadcasting
