ABOUT THE FILM-

JUSTICE FOR MY SISTER follows one Guatemalan women during her three-year battle to hold her sister’s killer accountable. Adelan, 27, did not return home from work one day. She was brutally beaten by her ex-boyfriend and left to die. Her sister Rebeca takes on Guatemala’s notoriously corrupt legal system so seek justice. As a result of Rebeca’s persistence on her journey, she becomes transformed and emerges as a leader in her rural community and beyond. She shows others that justice is possible.
